Welcome! I have created this site to inform and educate viewers like you about the health benefits of chiropractic and yoga. I have been treating patients using the safe and effective methods of chiropractic since 1984 and I have been teaching students the slow-moving stretches and relaxation techniques of Hatha Yoga since 1980. Over the years I have had the opportunity to observe first-hand the body's tremendous natural capacity to recover from injury and disease. I have also seen how chiropractic treatments support this innate healing ability. In my experience, both chiropractic and yoga each have something important to contribute to people seeking a healthier and happier life.
